Follow these steps after you collect your luggage.

Step 1

Once you are out of the Arrival Hall, walk straight out.

No need to go up or down. Do not go to the E-Hailing Level. Just continue straight from the Arrival Hall towards the exit direction.

On your left and right, right outside the Arrival Hall, there will be food arcade options for a quick bite after a long flight, plus money changer and SIM card shops.

Step 2

Continue walking straight out. Locate the exit door.

Step 3

Go to the outer pickup lane.

Once you are outside, you will see 2 lanes. The inner lane is for VVIP vehicles. The outer lane is the pickup lane. Use the zebra crossing and proceed to the outer lane.

Step 4

Text your driver which door you are waiting at.

Once you are outside, please text your driver the door number you are waiting at. He will come to your door. Please allow around 10 minutes for him to reach you.

Final reminder

Stay on the same arrivals level.
Do not go to the E-Hailing Level.
Wait at the same door after texting your driver.
Please allow around 10 minutes for the driver to reach your door.
