This page is for Ellrae guests arriving at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 1. Use it after luggage collection so you know where to wait and what to send your driver.
Collect luggage first
Message only after you are ready to move towards the arrival lane.
Stay on the same level
The pickup is planned around the arrival lane, not a separate e-hailing pickup.
Allow driver approach time
Please allow around 10 minutes after you tell the driver your door or waiting point.
Terminal 1 arrival flow
What to do after you land.
The exact door may depend on airport traffic control, so the safest instruction is to tell your driver where you are waiting once you reach the public arrival lane.
Exit into the Terminal 1 arrival hall
Follow the normal arrival exit after customs. Keep moving towards the public pickup or arrival lane.
Stay on the arrival level
Do not go upstairs, downstairs, or to the e-hailing area unless Ellrae gives a different instruction.
Text your driver your waiting door or nearest visible landmark
Send a short message like: "I am waiting at Terminal 1 arrival lane, Door ___."

I have collected my luggage and I am at KLIA Terminal 1 arrival lane. I am waiting near Door ___.
Replace the blank with the door number or nearest sign you can see.
Important
Please wait where cars can legally approach.
- Keep your phone active and WhatsApp reachable.
- Tell the driver if airport staff move you to another door.
- Allow around 10 minutes for the driver to reach your door after first notice.
